The Creators Collective Market is part of Fashion PWR. It's an independent initiative that helps, promotes, and connects independent brands and creative entrepreneurs to potential customers.

We offer both an online platform and a physical store where independent creators can showcase their products. All sales, promotions, and purchases happen directly between the buyer and the seller. The seller is fully responsible for all sales and everything related to each transaction.

Selling

As a brand in our collective (whether you're a registered business or individual creator), you are fully responsible for all aspects of your sales. This includes customer service, shipping, packaging, and all other duties related to purchases from your brand.

You are responsible for creating, communicating, and following your own store's terms and conditions. You must fulfill all obligations to your customers in a timely and professional way.

Images

All images provided by you or taken of your products by Fashion PWR become part of Fashion PWR to use as we see fit. All images provided by you must be aesthetically driven. Fashion PWR reserves the right to modify, replace, stage, or take new pictures of anything related to your brand without consulting you. This applies to all content made available through our website that relates directly or indirectly to Fashion PWR and our initiatives.

Commission and Fees Structure

Fashion PWR applies standard commission rates on all sales: 10% for vendors in our Creators Collective Market selling at our physical location, and 30% for sellers using only our online platform. These commissions directly support the maintenance and ongoing development of our collaborative marketplace.

Transaction Processing Charges

We charge a small fee of 3.1% plus 5.90 kr on each order to cover payment processing costs. This helps us maintain secure payments, protect transactions, and ensure your money reaches your account smoothly.

A PayPal account is required to transfer your sales earnings.

Fees may apply when withdrawing your earnings. Please check PayPal's withdrawal fees for more information.

Delivery

If you offer delivery, you are responsible for setting shipping fees, sending products, providing packaging, and managing all delivery tasks.

For click and collect orders, you must provide all necessary packaging and presentation materials for your items. This service is only available if you are a member of the Creators Collective Market Linköping.

Social Media Requirements

• Members must post about their items and tag Fashion PWR
• Members must add their Fashion PWR webshop link to their bio
• Members must include "You can find my mini shop at Fashion PWR" with the tag in their bio
• Members must post at least twice monthly about their products at Fashion PWR (physical or online), with appropriate tags.
